This will be our last newsletter for the school year. Can you believe there are only 2 weeks left!? Here is the news for our class this week and next.
Math - We are going to wrap up the year with math games, a little more practice with time, and a couple of experiments on interpreting data with outcomes that are equally likely, and not equally likely.
Homework
- 11.2 due Wednesday (skip 11.1)
- 11.3 and 11.4 due Thursday or Friday (these will be our last home links)
The children are not required to keep a math log this week.
Reading - We will finish up the year with some just-right reading, and end of the year reading assessments. The children are not required to keep a reading log this week.
Writing - We will spend our writing time reviewing some of the grammar rules we have learned this year. For homework, students should complete their letter to an incoming third grader!
Have a wonderful summer! Thank you all for a great school year!
